DONATED PERIOD KIT FOR WOMEN
Red Circle, a youth-led initiative out of Global Shapers London, packed menstrual care kits and trusted me to get them to the women of SBSC. When you don’t know where you are sleeping, period products are the first thing to go & Red Circle understood, without me having to explain it, that the women I work with were worth showing up for.
COMMUNITY NETWORKING & GRASSROOTS ENGAGEMENT
I visited the Penge & Anerley Grassroots Network to raise SBSC’s local visibility, explore community spaces, and build partnerships ahead of programme delivery, gaining valuable insights into women’s needs.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY INCLUSION FUND ENGAGEMENT
I visited Greenwich Leisure Limited to explore accessible venues and partnership opportunities, advancing programme planning after securing funding from the Physical Activity Inclusion Fund. The visit provided valuable insights into the key topics our programmes should cover.
